Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 26 July 2026

Welcome to anuradiamonds.com (the “Website” or “Site”). The Website is owned and operated by Chakrika Jewels Private Limited, trading under the brand name Anura Diamonds (“Anura Diamonds”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, including the purchase of lab-grown diamond jewellery and any related products or services offered through the Website.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies displayed on the Website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access the Website or use our services.

1. Eligibility to Use the Website

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order through the Website.

If you are using the Website or placing an order on behalf of another person, company, or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

A minor may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Any order placed for or on behalf of a minor must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Information About Anura Diamonds

Anura Diamonds is a jewellery brand operated by Chakrika Jewels Private Limited.

For these Terms, any reference to Anura Diamonds includes Chakrika Jewels Private Limited, its authorised employees, representatives, service providers, and business partners, where applicable.

3. Website Access and Permitted Use

You may use the Website only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised activity.

  • Provide false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.

  • Impersonate another individual or organisation.

  • Attempt to access another customer’s account.

  • Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Website.

  • Introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful material.

  • Attempt to copy, scrape, extract, reproduce, or commercially exploit Website content without our written permission.

  • Use automated systems, bots, or software to access or collect information from the Website without authorisation.

  • Use our products, images, designs, trademarks, or content for resale, reproduction, imitation, or commercial promotion without permission.

  • Place fraudulent orders or orders without a genuine intention to complete the purchase.

  • Post false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful reviews or content.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Website if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.

4. Customer Accounts

You may be required to create an account to purchase products or use certain Website features.

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Keep your account information updated.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.

  • Prevent unauthorised access to your account.

  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.

You are responsible for activities carried out through your account unless the activity occurred because of a security failure directly attributable to us.

We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorised activity, or a violation of these Terms.

You may request account deletion by contacting support@anuradiamonds.com. Certain order, payment, tax, warranty, and transaction records may still be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

5. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product names, descriptions, specifications, prices, images, videos, and other information displayed on the Website are accurate.

However:

  • Product images and videos are provided for reference and may not show the product at its exact scale.

  • Colours may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and device display.

  • Products may appear larger or smaller in photographs than their actual dimensions.

  • Jewellery measurements, gold weight, diamond weight, gemstone weight, and dimensions may vary slightly because of manufacturing tolerances.

  • Natural or permitted variations may occur in gemstones, finishes, textures, and handcrafted components.

  • Minor differences between the displayed image, CAD design, and finished jewellery may occur where they do not materially change the approved design or product quality.

We may correct errors, update descriptions, revise specifications, or remove products from the Website at any time.

If a product delivered to you materially differs from its confirmed description, your rights will be determined under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Lab-Grown Diamonds and Product Certification

Products described as containing lab-grown diamonds contain diamonds created in a controlled laboratory environment and not diamonds mined from the earth.

The diamond grading, certification, or hallmarking applicable to a product will be mentioned on the relevant product page, invoice, certificate, or product documentation.

Where a product is supplied with certification from an independent laboratory, the grading report represents the assessment of that laboratory. Slight grading differences may occur between independent laboratories because grading involves professional assessment under their respective standards.

Gold purity, diamond specifications, gemstone information, and certification details will be provided as stated on the product page or confirmed order documents. Customers should review these details before placing an order.

Certificates supplied with a product form part of the product documentation and should be retained safely, particularly for warranty, exchange, buyback, repair, or upgrade requests.

7. Product Availability

All products and orders are subject to availability.

Some jewellery may be:

  • Made to order.

  • Customised after an order is placed.

  • Available only in selected metal, diamond, gemstone, or size combinations.

  • Subject to material, diamond, gemstone, or production availability.

Adding a product to your cart or wishlist does not reserve it or guarantee its availability.

If a product or required material becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer:

  • A suitable alternative.

  • A revised production timeline.

  • A modification approved by you.

  • Cancellation and refund of the affected amount.

We will not substitute a material or materially change an approved design without informing you.

8. Pricing, Taxes and Charges

Product prices will be displayed in the currency mentioned on the Website.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the final amount payable may include:

  • Gold value.

  • Diamond value.

  • Gemstone value.

  • Making or manufacturing charges.

  • Additional product charges.

  • Applicable Goods and Services Tax or other taxes.

  • Shipping, insurance, courier, or handling charges, where applicable.

  • International duties, import taxes, customs charges, or clearance fees, where applicable.

The complete payable amount will be shown during checkout or communicated to you before order confirmation.

Jewellery prices may change based on factors including gold rates, diamond prices, gemstone prices, exchange rates, manufacturing costs, taxes, and promotional offers. Price changes will not ordinarily affect an order already accepted by us unless the order is subsequently modified at your request.

9. Offers, Discounts and Promotional Codes

Offers and discounts are subject to the conditions displayed on the relevant product page, offer page, advertisement, coupon, or promotional communication.

An offer may:

  • Apply only during a specified period.

  • Require a minimum order or minimum diamond value.

  • Apply only to selected products or collections.

  • Apply only to the diamond component of the product price.

  • Exclude gold value, making charges, gemstones, taxes, shipping, or other charges.

  • Be limited to one use per customer, account, phone number, email address, address, or payment method.

  • Be unavailable in combination with another offer.

  • Be subject to a maximum discount amount.

Diamond discount percentages may vary between promotional periods. A discount of 10%, 20%, 30%, or another advertised percentage will apply only when the conditions of that particular offer are satisfied.

If the diamond value or order value is below the stated qualifying threshold, the discount will not apply.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.

We may cancel or refuse a discount where there is a pricing error, misuse, fraud, duplication, or breach of the offer conditions. We will not withdraw a valid discount from an already accepted order merely because the promotional period later ends.

10. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The order and delivery information provided by you is accurate.

  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method.

  • You have reviewed the product description, size, specifications, price, delivery estimate, and applicable policies.

  • Any customisation, engraving, size, metal, diamond, gemstone, or design information submitted by you is correct.

  • You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout or otherwise confirmed by us.

An automated order acknowledgement only confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is considered accepted when we expressly confirm it, begin authorised production or fulfilment, or dispatch the product, as applicable.

11. Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order

We may refuse, place on hold, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Product or material unavailability.

  • Incorrect product information.

  • An obvious pricing or calculation error.

  • Payment failure or payment verification failure.

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment activity.

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.

  • Delivery being unavailable at the provided address.

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Legal, regulatory, sanctions, or security restrictions.

  • Inability to complete the requested customisation.

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount received for the cancelled product through the original payment method or another legally permitted method.

If only part of an order is affected, we may fulfil the remaining products after informing you.

12. Payments

We may accept payment through available methods including:

  • Credit cards.

  • Debit cards.

  • UPI.

  • Net banking.

  • Bank transfer.

  • Digital wallets.

  • Payment links.

  • Other authorised payment methods displayed on the Website.

Payment methods may vary depending on the order value, delivery destination, currency, and payment provider.

Payments may be processed by independent banks, card networks, payment gateways, or payment service providers. Their separate terms, security procedures, and privacy policies may apply.

You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete payment information.

We do not guarantee approval of a payment. A payment may be declined, delayed, reversed, or placed under review by the payment provider or bank.

We may request additional verification before accepting or dispatching a high-value or unusual transaction.

An order will not be treated as fully paid until the amount has been successfully received and verified.

13. Made-to-Order, Customised and Personalised Jewellery

Jewellery manufactured, resized, engraved, customised, or personalised according to your requirements is considered a Made-to-Order or MTO Product.

This may include:

  • Custom-designed jewellery.

  • Products manufactured after an order is placed.

  • Jewellery created in a selected metal, colour, karat, diamond, gemstone, or size.

  • Engraved jewellery.

  • Personalised jewellery.

  • Jewellery produced from an approved CAD design.

  • Products altered or resized specifically for you.

You are responsible for carefully checking all specifications before approving a design or placing the order.

14. CAD Designs and Customer Approval

For certain Made-to-Order or customised products, we may provide a Computer-Aided Design (“CAD”), design preview, sketch, render, video, or specification for your approval.

You must review the following before providing approval:

  • Product design.

  • Measurements and dimensions.

  • Ring or jewellery size.

  • Metal type, purity, and colour.

  • Diamond or gemstone specifications.

  • Engraving or personalisation details.

  • Any other written design instructions.

Once you approve the CAD or design and production begins, the approved design will be treated as final.

Any change requested after approval:

  • May not be possible.

  • May result in additional charges.

  • May require a revised CAD approval.

  • May extend the production and delivery timeline.

  • May require the product to be remade.

CAD images are digital representations and may not perfectly reproduce the scale, surface finish, reflections, or colour of the finished physical jewellery.

15. Cancellation of Made-to-Order Products

A Made-to-Order, customised, or personalised product may be cancelled only before CAD designing, design development, customisation, or production work has started.

Once CAD designing or production has begun, the order cannot ordinarily be cancelled because costs have already been incurred specifically for that order.

This restriction does not affect any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law, including rights relating to a product that is defective, materially different from the confirmed specifications, damaged before delivery, or incorrectly supplied.

To request cancellation, contact support@anuradiamonds.com immediately with your order number. Sending a cancellation request does not itself confirm cancellation. We will confirm whether work has started and whether the order remains eligible for cancellation.

16. Domestic Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to serviceable locations within India using authorised courier and logistics partners.

Estimated production and delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Whether the product is ready or Made to Order.

  • Product customisation.

  • CAD approval time.

  • Customer response time.

  • Payment confirmation.

  • Product availability.

  • Delivery location.

  • Courier serviceability.

  • Public holidays.

  • Weather, transport, regulatory, or other external conditions.

Delivery dates are estimates and not absolute guarantees unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, contact number, postcode, landmark, and recipient information.

We are not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect information, an unavailable recipient, failed delivery attempts, courier restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

17. International Shipping and Delivery

We may provide international delivery to selected countries and locations.

International shipping, insurance, courier, and handling charges will depend on the destination, order value, product specifications, and shipping service.

International customers may also be responsible for:

  • Customs duties.

  • Import taxes.

  • Local government charges.

  • Brokerage or clearance fees.

  • Documentation requirements.

  • Other destination-country charges.

Unless expressly included in the checkout amount, these charges are not collected by Anura Diamonds and must be paid by the customer to the appropriate authority or service provider.

Customs clearance and international delivery timelines may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, inspections, local regulations, or incomplete customer documentation.

Customers must ensure that the ordered product can legally be imported into the destination country.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because the customer does not pay applicable duties or provide required documentation, any refund will be handled after accounting for lawful, documented, and non-recoverable costs, subject to applicable law and our policies.

18. Delivery Inspection and Damaged Packages

You should inspect the outer package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears opened, tampered with, severely damaged, or improperly sealed, you should:

  • Refuse delivery where reasonably possible.

  • Record photographs or an unpacking video.

  • Inform the courier representative.

  • Contact us promptly at support@anuradiamonds.com.

For a claim involving a missing, damaged, incorrect, or tampered product, we may request:

  • The order number.

  • Photographs of the package and product.

  • An unedited unpacking video.

  • The shipping label.

  • The invoice.

  • Other reasonable information required to investigate the claim.

Requiring evidence does not remove any rights available to you under applicable law.

19. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the Return and Refund Policy displayed on the Website. That policy forms part of these Terms.

A return period, including any advertised 15-day return facility, applies only to products expressly identified as eligible under the Return and Refund Policy.

Returned products must generally be:

  • Unused and unworn, except for reasonable inspection.

  • In their original condition.

  • Free from alteration, damage, or tampering.

  • Returned with the original packaging, invoice, certificate, tag, and accessories.

  • Submitted within the applicable return period.

Made-to-Order, customised, personalised, engraved, resized, or CAD-approved products are not ordinarily eligible for routine return or refund unless the Return and Refund Policy expressly states otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from seeking a remedy where a product is defective, damaged before delivery, incorrectly supplied, materially different from its confirmed description, or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer law.

Accepted refunds will be processed within a reasonable period through the original payment method or another legally permitted method. The time taken for the amount to appear may depend on the bank, payment gateway, card network, or payment provider.

20. Lifetime Exchange, Buyback and Upgrade

Any lifetime exchange, buyback, or upgrade facility offered by Anura Diamonds is a separate benefit governed by the policy and valuation terms applicable at the time of the request.

Such facilities may be subject to:

  • Verification of the original invoice.

  • Verification of the product and certificate.

  • Inspection and quality assessment.

  • Current gold, diamond, or gemstone market rates.

  • Deductions or exclusions stated in the applicable policy.

  • Treatment of making charges, taxes, discounts, shipping, and other amounts.

  • Confirmation that the product has not been replaced, materially altered, or tampered with.

  • Compliance with identity verification and legal requirements.

A lifetime exchange or buyback facility is not the same as a routine return or refund.

The applicable valuation method and final amount will be communicated after inspection of the product.

21. Repairs, Resizing and After-Sales Services

Repair, maintenance, cleaning, polishing, resizing, and other after-sales services may be available for eligible products.

Charges and timelines will depend on:

  • The product condition.

  • The nature of the work.

  • Material requirements.

  • Warranty coverage.

  • Product design.

  • Diamond or gemstone availability.

  • Shipping requirements.

We may refuse a repair or service where the product is unsafe to repair, has been materially altered by an unauthorised third party, or cannot be serviced without a significant risk of damage.

We will not knowingly create or publish fake customer reviews.

You may opt out of promotional communications, but you may still receive transactional messages relating to your orders, payments, account, security, delivery, or customer service requests.

For more information, please review the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

25. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may include links to payment gateways, courier services, social media platforms, external websites, or other third-party services.

We do not control third-party websites or their content, security, availability, terms, or privacy practices.

Accessing a third-party service is at your discretion and may be governed by that third party’s separate terms and policies.

The inclusion of a third-party link does not necessarily mean that we endorse or accept responsibility for that third party.

26. Website Availability

We aim to keep the Website accurate, secure, and available. However, we do not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted or free from errors.

Access may be temporarily restricted because of:

  • Maintenance.

  • Updates.

  • Technical problems.

  • Security incidents.

  • Server or network issues.

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue a Website feature where reasonably necessary. Such changes will not remove obligations relating to orders already accepted by us.

27. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:

  • The Website will always be available or uninterrupted.

  • Every Website error will be corrected immediately.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anura Diamonds and Chakrika Jewels Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from the use or inability to use the Website.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from:

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • Unauthorised use of an account not caused by our failure.

  • Customer delay in providing CAD approval or required information.

  • Failure to follow product care instructions.

  • Repairs, resizing, alteration, or tampering by an unauthorised third party.

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

  • Third-party websites or services outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer protection obligations.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights available under applicable consumer law.

29. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters.

  • Flood, fire, earthquake, or severe weather.

  • War, terrorism, civil disturbance, or government action.

  • Epidemic or pandemic.

  • Labour disruption.

  • Power, internet, network, or system failure.

  • Shortage of materials.

  • Regulatory restrictions.

  • Other comparable events beyond reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and resume performance as soon as practical.

If such an event materially prevents fulfilment of an order, we may offer a revised timeline, suitable alternative, or cancellation and refund of the unfulfilled amount.

30. Electronic Communications

  • Attempt to interfere with the Website or another customer’s account.

  • Misuse discounts, offers, returns, or payment systems.

32. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, Website, services, policies, or applicable laws.

The revised Terms will be published on the Website with an updated effective date.

Changes will generally apply from the date of publication. They will not retroactively alter an already accepted order unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

You should review these Terms periodically.

If a dispute arises, you should first contact us at support@anuradiamonds.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.

If the dispute cannot be resolved, either party may approach a court, consumer commission, or other authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer from approaching a consumer dispute redressal commission or exercising any other statutory remedy available under Indian law.

35. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted or removed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to remain effective.

36. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, it does not mean that we waive our right to enforce that provision later.

A waiver will be valid only if made expressly in writing by an authorised representative of Chakrika Jewels Private Limited.

37. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, product-specific terms, offer conditions, and other policies displayed on the Website, constitute the agreement between you and Chakrika Jewels Private Limited concerning your use of the Website and purchase of products.
