Shipping & Delivery
At Anura, every jewellery order is handled with care from the time it is confirmed until it reaches you. We use secure packaging, trusted logistics partners and insured shipping services for domestic and international deliveries.
How Safe Is the Shipping of My Jewellery?
Every Anura order is packed in secure, discreet and tamper-evident packaging. The external packaging does not disclose the nature or value of the jewellery inside.
We work only with recognised and reliable courier partners that are authorised to handle high-value shipments. Every shipment is insured for its full invoice value while it is in transit.
The shipment remains covered until it is successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer and accepted through the applicable OTP, signature or delivery-verification process.
Customers should not accept a parcel if the outer packaging appears opened, damaged or tampered with.
Order Processing and Preparation Time
The preparation time depends on the type of jewellery ordered.
Ready-to-Ship Jewellery
Ready-to-ship jewellery is normally dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment and order confirmation.
Made-to-Order Jewellery
Made-to-order jewellery is normally prepared and dispatched within 15–21 business days after order confirmation.
Customised Jewellery
Customised jewellery may require up to 21 business days or longer, depending on the design, stone selection, ring size, engraving and other requested changes.
The estimated timeline will be communicated when the customised order is confirmed.
Business days do not include Sundays, public holidays or days on which courier services are unavailable.
Delivery Within India
Once an order has been dispatched, the expected delivery timelines are:
Metro and major cities: 2–5 business days
Other serviceable locations: 4–7 business days
Remote or limited-service locations: 7–10 business days
These timelines begin from the date of dispatch and not from the date on which the order was placed.
Delivery may take longer during public holidays, festivals, adverse weather conditions, courier disruptions or circumstances beyond Anura’s reasonable control.
International Delivery
International orders are normally delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery may take longer depending on:
The destination country
Customs-clearance requirements
Import documentation
Local delivery restrictions
Public holidays
Customs inspections
Payment of applicable duties and taxes
International delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed because customs clearance is controlled by the authorities of the destination country.
Anura may not be able to ship jewellery to certain countries or regions because of courier, insurance, customs or regulatory restrictions. International availability will be confirmed before dispatch.
Domestic Shipping Charges
Anura offers complimentary insured shipping for orders delivered within India.
Additional shipping or handling charges may apply where:
The delivery location is outside the regular service area
A special delivery arrangement is requested
The order has to be shipped again because of an incorrect address
Delivery repeatedly fails because the customer is unavailable
Any additional charge will be communicated before the shipment is arranged.
International Shipping Charges
International shipping charges are calculated according to:
Destination country
Order value
Shipment weight
Insurance requirements
Courier service
Applicable export-documentation requirements
The international shipping charge will be displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
International shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other government fees unless specifically stated by Anura in writing.
Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, local taxes, handling charges or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or international shipping charge unless expressly mentioned during checkout.
The customer is responsible for:
Paying applicable customs duties and taxes
Providing identification or KYC documents requested by customs
Cooperating with the courier or customs authority
Ensuring that jewellery can legally be imported into the destination country
Anura cannot predict or control the amount charged by the customs authority.
If an international order is refused because the customer does not wish to pay the applicable customs charges, the customer will be responsible for all return-shipping charges, customs penalties, duties and other costs incurred by Anura.
Where a refund is permitted under Anura’s cancellation and return policy, these costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Anura will not be responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, incomplete customer documentation or non-payment of customs charges.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through one or more of the following:
Email
SMS
WhatsApp
Customer account, where available
The tracking link may take up to 24 hours to show movement after the shipment has been collected by the courier partner.
For high-value orders, an Anura client advisor may contact the customer before dispatch to confirm the delivery address and availability.
Delivery Verification
For security reasons, the courier partner may require one or more of the following at the time of delivery:
Delivery OTP
Recipient’s signature
Valid identification
Name of the person receiving the parcel
Confirmation through the registered mobile number
The customer must provide a complete and correct delivery address with an active telephone number.
High-value orders may not be left unattended, delivered to a security desk without acknowledgement or placed outside the recipient’s address.
Anura does not normally deliver to P.O. boxes.
Delivery to an Authorised Recipient
Another person may receive the shipment on the customer’s behalf, provided that the person:
Is present at the confirmed delivery address
Completes the OTP or signature process
Provides identification if requested by the courier
Is authorised by the customer to accept the order
Once the parcel is accepted at the confirmed address through the required verification process, the delivery will be treated as completed.
Address Changes
A delivery-address change may be requested before the order is dispatched.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, Anura may not be able to change the delivery address.
For security reasons, a change involving the delivery city, state or country may require cancellation of the original shipment and creation of a new shipment. Additional charges may apply.
The customer is responsible for checking the delivery address, postcode, telephone number and recipient details before confirming the order.
Failed Delivery Attempts
The courier partner may make up to three delivery attempts, depending on its service rules and the delivery location.
If delivery fails because:
The customer is unavailable
The address is incorrect or incomplete
The customer refuses the shipment
The customer cannot complete OTP or identification verification
The customer does not respond to the courier
the shipment may be returned to Anura.
The customer may be required to pay the return and re-shipping costs before the order is dispatched again.
Delayed Shipments
Anura will make reasonable efforts to deliver every order within the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur because of:
Customs clearance
Incorrect delivery information
Public holidays
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Transport disruptions
Security restrictions
Regulatory checks
Courier service interruptions
Events beyond Anura’s reasonable control
Anura will assist the customer in following up with the courier partner, but it cannot guarantee a specific delivery date once the shipment is in the courier or customs network.
Lost Shipments
If tracking does not update for an unusual period or the courier confirms that the shipment may be lost, the customer should contact Anura immediately.
Anura will raise an investigation with the courier and insurance provider.
A replacement, refund or other resolution will be provided only after the courier or insurance investigation has been completed and the shipment has officially been declared lost.
The customer must not submit a duplicate payment dispute or insurance claim while Anura’s investigation is ongoing.
Damaged or Tampered Parcels
Customers should inspect the external packaging before accepting the shipment.
Do not accept the parcel if:
The security seal is broken
The package appears opened
The parcel is visibly damaged
The packaging has been resealed
The package appears empty or unusually light
The customer should photograph the parcel and contact Anura immediately.
If damage or tampering is discovered after accepting the shipment, the customer should notify Anura within 24 hours of delivery.
The customer should preserve:
The jewellery
Jewellery box
Invoice
Certificates
Tags
Courier packaging
Shipping label
Security seals
Recording a continuous unboxing video is strongly recommended for high-value orders and may be requested when reviewing a loss, damage or missing-item claim.
This reporting timeline does not limit any rights available to the customer under applicable law.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If the customer receives an incorrect item or discovers that an item is missing, Anura must be informed within 24 hours of delivery.
The customer should provide:
Order number
Photographs of the parcel
Photographs of the received item
Photograph of the shipping label
Unboxing video, where available
Description of the issue
Anura will review the packaging, dispatch records and courier information before providing a resolution.
Shipping for Repairs and After-Sales Services
Customers should not send jewellery to Anura without first contacting the customer-care team and receiving service instructions.
For resizing, polishing, cleaning, repair, warranty inspection or other after-sales services:
The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the jewellery to Anura unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
The jewellery must be securely packed and sent through an insured and trackable courier service.
Anura will not be responsible for jewellery lost before it is received and acknowledged at the designated service location.
Return-shipping charges may be complimentary where the service is covered under warranty.
Charges may apply for non-warranty services, repeated service requests or international return shipments.
For international after-sales shipments, the customer is responsible for applicable courier charges, customs duties, import taxes and clearance expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The package should be clearly documented as a repair or service return where permitted by the applicable customs rules.
